Kingdom Hearts: Link to Life is a Kingdom Hearts fanfiction by No Limit. According to him, it is supposed to be something of a Spin-Off. However, No Limit features other companies' creations besides Disney licensed ones.

The story tells of the Original Character Rika Itonami, daughter of original main character Sora, and her journey through discovery of her destiny. With help from Daffy Duck and Porky Pig, Rika has to "Link" the worlds together before all of existence is wiped out and face the deadly foes known as the Purifiers and the Soulfuls. Will they save the day? Unlikely, but they'll try anyway!

Interestingly, the story features more than one protagonist. While Rika is the lead character, other main characters include original characters Kuro Higure, lifelong friend of Rika's, son of Riku and something of a pervert.

Along with that, each main character is accompanied by not only their two (three in Kuro's case) party members but a whole crew of characters, each serving a purpose to the group. Expect Loads and Loads of Characters.

The story, while attempting to be loyal to the source material, often pokes fun at the original games and formula. Mainly running on Rule of Funny and Rule of Fun, No Limit rarely takes the story that seriously. This is actually a redone version of the first Link to Life, as No Limit did not feel that the first time around was done very well - which, in turn, was a redo of his first Fanfic.

Has been announced to have been canceled in favor of a another remake of the story, simply called Link to Life.

• Alternate Continuity: So much so that the Final Fantasy characters' ages aren't consistent!
• Anatomy of the Soul: Souls and Hearts are complicated.
• Author Appeal: No Limit likes to cast female main characters.
• Badass Army: Radiant Garden's SeeD. And when Rika, Kuro and Ashi's teams work together.
• Big Damn Heroes: Also part of No Limit's Author Appeal. Oh, let us count the ways...
  • No Limit and other original character Wolf save Rika from her first Velasoulraptor attack.
  • Jack saving Ron Stoppable from a Morning Star Heartless.
  • And, in turn, the SCOTSMAN rescues Jack from the Power Arm Heartless.
• Bloodless Carnage: Adverted. Whenever someone slashes one of The Heartless, blood is always mentioned. To slight disturbing effect.
• Chekhov's Gunman: Chapter 9 was all about setting them up.

• MacGuffin Location: You know how Traverse Town is the fragments of the worlds whose hearts were lost to the Heartless? The entire premise is based on that small fact.
• Meaningful Name: Rika's name is Japanese for "link" or "linker"; and Kuro's is Japanese for "black."
• Mega Crossover: Ever want to see Samurai Jack ask for a Squishee from the Kwik-E-Mart? Now you can!
  • Crossover: Kind of obvious, being a Kingdom Hearts story.
• Mr. Exposition: Lampshaded by chapter titles.
• Mythology Gag: Several for the various series featured, and one toward the story being a redo of the first Link to Life when Stardom Key mentions déjà vu when Rika first arrives in Traverse Town.
• Now Where Was I Going Again?: Yakko, Wakko and Dot take on the role of chroniclers for Rika like what Jiminy Cricket did for Sora. However, they often lose interest and Wakko keeps eating the pages.

• Took a Level in Badass: If Duck Dodgers didn't count, Daffy and Porky here. Also Toad.
• True Companions: Rika, Kuro and Ashi's teams. Rika, Daffy and Porky's especially shown at the end of Chapter 5.
