Miss Universe Malaysia 1971

Miss Malaysia Universe 1971 is the 9th edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia pageant which was held at Kuala Lumpur on June 12, 1971 where the reigning winner Josephine Lena Wong of Perak crowned her successor Yvette Batterman from Selangor at the end of the event. Margaret then represented Malaysia at the Miss Universe 1971 pageant in Miami, Florida but was unplaced.[1]
