Mary A. Lehman is an American politician from the Democratic Party and is a current member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 21.

Background
Lehman attended the University of Maryland, where she received her B.A. in English Literature and B.S. in Journalism. Prior to her election, Lehman served as a legislative aide to Joseline Pena-Melnyk, another representative of District 21 in the Maryland House of Delegates.[1]
Lehman is a former member of the Prince George's County Council, serving from 2010 to 2018.[1][2]
In the legislature
Lehman was sworn in as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates on January 9, 2019, and is a member of the Environment and Transportation Committee, the housing and real property subcommittee, and agriculture and open space subcommittee.[1]
Lehman is a member of the Maryland Legislative Transit Caucus and the Women Legislators of Maryland, and is an associate member of the Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus.[1]
