List of ambassadors of Russia to Croatia

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Croatia is the official representative of the president and the government of the Russian Federation to the president and the government of Croatia. The ambassador and the embassy′s staff are headquartered in the Embassy of Russia in Zagreb.[1] The post of Russian ambassador to Croatia is currently held by Anvar Azimov (since 30 June 2015).[2] Diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on 25 May 1992, shortly upon the independence of Croatia (October 1991) and the dissolution of the Soviet Union (December 1991).
