Anahí Hormazabal Garay (born December 2, 1997) is a Chilean model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss World Chile 2018. She represented Chile at the Miss World 2018 competition.

She's a first year student of Foreign Trade Engineering and also a part-time model. She enjoys travelling, yoga, trekking, Zumba, fitness and Kagaya Art and has special talents for singing and dancing. Her favourite food is spaghetti and her Personal Motto is Everything you have done with love returns to you with greater proportion no matter how others pay you, the reward comes from above and it does not fill your ego but fills your heart. Miss World 2018

Hormazabal was crowned Miss World Chile on September 2, 2018, in Calama, Chile.

Once in Sanya, China, Hormazabal was selected as a finalist in Miss World Top Model Fast Track (Top 32), finalist in Miss World Beauty With A Purpose Fast Track (Top 12), and as the winner of the Miss World Head-to-Head Challenge, advancing directly to the Top 30 for the final night. Hormazabal won the first round of Head-to-Head Challenge from Group 7 competing against contestants from Korea, Japan, Botswana, Zimbabwe and the Bahamas. Then, she won the Round 2 of the Head-to-Head Challenge competing against Lebanon.
