The 2020 Uzbekistan Cup is the 28th season of the annual Uzbekistan Cup, the knockout football cup competition of Uzbekistan.

First qualifying round

The draw for the first qualifying round was held on 13 June 2020. The eight teams which play in the 2020 Uzbekistan Pro League enter this round.[1]

Second qualifying round

The draw for the second qualifying round was held on 23 June 2020. The four teams which advance from the first qualifying round play in this round.[2]

Group stage

The draw for the group stage was held on 23 July 2020. The 14 teams which play in the 2020 Uzbekistan Super League enter this round, joined by the two winners of the second qualifying round. The 16 teams were drawn into four groups of four without any seeding. Each team will play three matches, and according to the results of the draw, two teams in each group will play two home matches and one away match, and the other two teams will play one home match and two away matches. The top two teams of each group will advance to the quarter-finals.[3][4] The matches will be played on 18–19, 21–22 and 25–26 August 2020.[5]
