- From Ennis head north on the N85, turn right onto the N67 at Ennistymon, then right onto the R481. Around 35 kilometres (22 mi).
- From Galway, head south on the N67 as far as Lisdoonvarna then turn left onto the R476. Around 70 kilometres (43 mi)

Kilfenora is a small village, with everything within walking distance.
