Zion Wilderness
Zion Wilderness is a 124,406-acre (503.5 km2) wilderness area located (mostly within Zion National Park) in northeastern Washington County, but extending slightly into southeastern Iron County, in southern Utah, United States.[1]

Description
Designated March 30, 2009 as part of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009, Zion Wilderness is found within the boundaries of Zion National Park and is managed by the National Park Service. It is bordered by LaVerkin Creek Wilderness to the north, Goose Creek Wilderness to the north, Deep Creek Wilderness to the north, Beartrap Canyon Wilderness to the west, Taylor Creek Wilderness to the northeast, Red Butte Wilderness to the south, and Blackridge Wilderness to the southwest.[2]
