Release

The film premiered on 14 March 1975 at the Aplha Fine Arts Theatre in Cincinnati, Ohio, with quadraphonic sound. Limited engagements began on the following day in Madison, Wisconsin and Charlotte, North Carolina.[2] It was presented as a double bill with Death of a Red Planet. Its release expanded to 20 other US cities that spring.[3]

The film was released on 17 December 1997 on DVD format.

On 30 April 2012, for the album's fortieth anniversary, the film was released on Blu-ray format in England (Region B locked) with bonus features including Howe's guitar short "Beginnings" (which was considered lost) and a "Yes 40 Years On" documentary.

Personnel

gollark: Without the global supply chains we have I would lack nice things like computers or possibly orange juice.
gollark: I don't agree, trade is generally pretty positive-sum for everyone.
gollark: It would be more than "oh no, I have slightly worse food choices".
gollark: Full anarchoprimitivism, as komrad suggested, would *not* have that, and pre-industrial-revolution you have way worse productive capacity (so less of those things/worse things), and no access to modern medicine.
gollark: You still have access to presumably clean water of some form, the knowledge that you *can* go somewhere with that if you need medical treatment or whatever, and the ability to buy stuff if it's needed.
