History

XHPP received its concession on May 31, 1990. It was owned by Promociones Radiofónicas Culturales, S.A., which was controlled by Alfonso Sanabria Mallén, an employee of Radiorama. In 2003, control passed to the current concessionaire.

Between 2015 and 2018, XHPP-FM broadcast from a transmitter in Tampico, Tamaulipas.

gollark: I saw a rust thing called Azul: https://azul.rs/ - slightly interesting.
gollark: As someone with 8, they're bad.
gollark: Or just using a non-ultrahuge web renderer, but there probably aren't any.
gollark: I think a better approach would be using the system native browser to communicate with a locally hosted server but I never pondered it much.
