History
XHCRI received its permit on July 27, 2000 and signed on in time for Christmas, making it the first FM station in the city. Its owner already owned XEWM-AM, and for the first five years of its life it simulcast XEWM's programming. In 2005, XHCRI began carrying its own programs, separate from XEWM.
XHCRI carried talk programs during the day and musical programming at night. Its permit expired in 2010 and an attempted renewal was made two months late.[2] As a result, XHCRI-FM ceased transmissions effective April 25, 2016.[3]
gollark: Yes, you could use that as a rough base for the multithreading stuff.
gollark: That sounds annoying to use.
gollark: Why would you want that?
gollark: No, you could do it on both, it would just be... maybe harder?
gollark: Of course, there's a problem with that in that it might print a new message in the middle of you typing one. So you'd need to display the input bit and printing of messages on different parts of the screen, and I am not good at that and don't know how to do it in OC.
