"Who the Fuck Is That?" or the edited version known as "Who the Heck Is That?" or the BET version known as "Who the Heck..." is the first single off slain rapper Dolla's unreleased debut album A Dolla and a Dream, as well as his mixtape Another Day Another Dolla. The song features T-Pain and Tay Dizm, reaching number 65 on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs chart in March 2008.[1] The official remix of the song features labelmates T-Pain, Akon and Klepto.
