Personnel

gollark: It would probably be workable to just make `libhydraz` contain only the table of quotes as strings, and to make `autohydraz` or whatever do all the work.
gollark: Do I need to edit the `moon` or `lua` bit?
gollark: Elegant? Not really. Workable? Probably.
gollark: I can just make `notification` or whatever just return the relevant thing, or get rid of htat.
gollark: I can just copy the `notifications` table out and add a simple random picking function.
