Western Metropolitan Region
Western Metropolitan Region is one of the eight electoral regions of Victoria, Australia, which elects five members to the Victorian Legislative Council (also referred to as the upper house) by proportional representation. The region was created in 2006 following the 2005 reform of the Victorian Legislative Council.

The region comprises the Legislative Assembly districts of Altona, Essendon, Footscray, Kororoit, Niddrie, St Albans, Sunbury, Sydenham, Tarneit, Werribee and Williamstown.

- 1.^ Assumed office on 9 May 2013 following the resignation of Martin Pakula.
- 2.^ Assumed office on 21 February 2018 following the resignation of Colleen Hartland.
- 3.^ Defected to the Australian Conservatives on 26 June 2017.
- 4.^ Departed the Australian Conservatives on 3 August 2018 to sit as an independent.
- 5.^ Elected as a candidate of Derryn Hinch's Justice Party, but was sworn in as an independent on 19 December 2018.
