Development

The album is different from the previous two released, it follows an even more pop line and dance-pop style songs like "Paga pra Ver", "Como Dizer Ao Coração" and "Sem Querer."

The songwriter and producer of the album, Jason Deere, who is American, composed some songs from the album in English and then Wanessa went over to Portuguese. The songs are from Wanessa herself and not from other artists.

The singer says she has chosen her own name, to put for the third time in one of her albums, because the first one, that also took its name, worked out.[2] It was the first Wanessa album that was released in Portugal, in 2002 Wanessa made a trip to promote the launch, which included a show in Porto and divulgation in the programs Lux, Olá Portugal and A Vida é Bela.[3]
