Walebing, Western Australia
Walebing is a small town in the wheatbelt region of Western Australia, in the Shire of Moora,[1] it takes its name from the original homestead established by Anthony O'Grady Lefroy in the 1840s.[2]

Someone has to decide on the "needed", so you get into a planned-economy sort of situation, and otherwise... what happens when, say, the community kale farm decides they want all the remaining fertilizer, even when people don't want *that* much kale?
