WPEN-LP
WPEN-LP was a low-powered television station serving the Hampton Roads television market broadcasting on Channel 68. Its first callsign, W68BI, was issued on August 3, 1981. The station changed calls to WPEN-LP on March 20, 1995. During its time on the air, it was an independent station, then picking up an affiliation with The Box, & later MTV2, before signing off in 2002. WPEN-LP was not related to the Philadelphia radio station WPEN (now WKDN).
