Victor Nagbe

Victor Nagbe (born October 12,1993) is a Lightweight Australian Muay Thai kickboxer of Liberian descent. He has notable wins over Fabio Pinca, Artem Pashporin, Dylan Salvador, Dzianis Zuev, and Kem Sitsongpeenong.[1]

Biography

Victor Nagbe was originally born in Liberia on October 12,1993, where he lived until the age of 10 when his family moved to Brisbane, Australia in order to escape poverty. During his years as a teenage, Nagbe often found himself getting in trouble due to getting involved with a bad crowd to a point where he was kicked out of his home by his mother. When Nagbe was 17, he found himself refuge with a father-figure who offered him a 12-month Muay Thai gym membership in Thailand. From there on, he continually trained for 4 years finding great success in the sport.[2]

Career

June 29, 2013 in Pattaya, Thailand MAX Muay Thai 2, Final, Victor Nagbe defeated Fabio Pinca by decision to win the 2013 Max Muay Thai Tournament Championship belt.
