Verkhny Izyak (Russian: Верхний Изяк) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Izyaksky Selsoviet, Blagoveshchensky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 558 as of 2010.[2] There are 9 streets.
