Orlovka (Russian: Орловка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Orlovsky Selsoviet, Blagoveshchensky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 102 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.

It is located 24 km from Blagoveshchensk.
