Origins

Helen Mukoro Idisi: President: Unión de Todos

The party was created in 2014 by Helen Mukoro Idisi, and co-created by Emmanuel Kewve Udieba and Adriana Hernandez Ruíz. Mukoro's ideology is to have "one Spain for everyone", all nationalities, all races, and subsidiarity to the various regions of Spain, in politics, trades union, workers' mobility, and society in general.

Ideology

The party's ideology is a heterogeneous collective regardless of race, breed, wealth or social condition, to make everyone an equal member of society with a political conscience.

In politics

The Spanish Minister of the Interior recognised the party with its primary objective as being:

The purpose of the party is to act in national political life in accordance with its ideas, within the framework of the Spanish Constitution.

Primary manifesto

  • To put in place a Plan de Recuperación Nacional ("National recovery plan"), to reduce the nation's government debt owed to international traders.
    • This plan also includes a complete reconstruction of the banking system so that investors in Spain are favoured above those who export.
  • To start a Social Revolution, where everyone has a chance to have a better life, no matter where they come from.
  • To battle against corruption, and to campaign against politicians without moral scruples

Towards a United Spain

  • Protection of energy supply by encouraging renewable energy
  • Protection of the judiciary independent of the State, for everyone, not just for economic groups with power
  • To promote science and industry so that Spain is not dependent on others.
  • To promote an "urban revolution" to make Spain's cities and towns the model for the world in the coming decades.
  • To promote diversity in life: Alienation is just another kind of imperialism.
  • To amend the Spanish Constitution and the electoral system, which requires by a mandate that there is only one legislature governed by one president.

Directors and organisation

Since its inauguration, the internal structure of this organization has been based, in its own words, on "democratic principles".[1] The party is split into seven parts controlled by the President:

  • Órganos Deliberativos (Legislature)
  • Órganos de Dirección (Executive)
  • Órganos Ejecutivos (Executive)
  • Órganos Autónomos (Autonomous regions e.g. Catalonia)
  • Órganos de Asesoría (Advisory bodies)
  • Órganos de Apoyo (Support)

The presidency

The status and functions of the party President are set out in Chapter 3 (Article 22) of the party's founding Statutes. The President acts as a political representative and as the highest executive authority of the party's governing body and is accountable for his/her actions to the General Assembly. The President is elected by the General Assembly for a ten-year period and may be re-elected for one further consecutive term. The President is one of the official party spokespersons and, together with the national General Secretary, represents the party in official and protocol procedures. By Article 23, the Vice-President takes charge in the absence of the President.

gollark: I'm vaguely wondering if I could get away with running the old MIB on r/MemeEconomy.
gollark: Eh, it sort of worked, and I had a good idea for fixing it.
gollark: I should really go `git clone` all the old MemeEconomy stuff in case it gets randomly taken down.
gollark: The old system was "v1"/"Season 1", this is... "v2 alpha".
gollark: It wasn't an "alpha", it was a reasonably successful one which ran for a while but had problems.
