Preliminary matches
The event kicked off with a match between Mikey Whipwreck and Jerry Lynn, which Whipwreck won.
Next, Chris Chetti and Tommy Rogers took on The Full Blooded Italians (Little Guido and Tracy Smothers) in an Italian Vendetta match. Tommy Rich joined the fight by hitting Rogers and Chetti with the Italian flag. J.T. Smith returned to ECW and joined Chetti and Rogers to fight FBI. Chetti pinned Guido for the win.[1]

Later, Chris Candido and Tammy Lynn Sytch defeated Lance Storm and Tammy Lynn Bytch in a mixed tag team match.
Next, Masato Tanaka took on D-Von Dudley. Buh Buh Ray Dudley tripped Tanaka from behind, allowing D-Von to gain advantage. Tanaka accidentally knocked out the referee with a Rolling Elbow and then Buh Buh and D-Von double teamed Tanaka. Bam Bam Bigelow appeared at ringside. The Dudley Boyz attempted to hit a 3D but Tanaka countered it by hitting a DDT to D-Von. Buh Buh accidentally splashed D-Von, allowing Tanaka to get the win. After the match, Bigelow brawled with Tanaka and his Triple Threat teammates Shane Douglas and Chris Candido attacked Tanaka at the ringside.[2]
In the following match, Balls Mahoney defeated Mike Awesome. During the match, Awesome suffered a knee injury, allowing Mahoney to pin him for the victory.
Later, The Gangstanators (John Kronus and New Jack) and Tommy Dreamer took on the team of Jack Victory, Justin Credible and Rod Price in a Philadelphia Street Fight. Jack delivered a guitar shot to Price for the win.[1]
Bilvis Wesley came to the ring to sweep the ring but the broom broke and then he insulted the audience in a promo until 911 returned to ECW and delivered a Chokeslam to Wesley. Judge Jeff Jones then came and issued an open challenge to anyone to face 911, which was accepted by Spike Dudley. 911 attempted to hit a Chokeslam but Dudley countered with an eye rake. Dudley hit a low blow and executed an Acid Drop to 911 for the win.[1]
Main event match
Masato Tanaka teamed with Rob Van Dam and Sabu against The Triple Threat in the main event. Dudley Boyz interfered in the match by hitting a 3D to Tanaka and joined Triple Threat in attacking RVD and Sabu. Mikey Whipwreck and Blue World Order tried to make the save but were thrown out of the ring. Taz showed up and cleared the ring of Triple Threat and Dudley Boyz. Douglas attacked Taz from behind but Taz nailed a T-Bone Tazplex and Douglas retreated from the ring. As a result, the match ended in a no contest. RVD, Sabu and Taz celebrated in the ring.[1]
