Ulmus laevis var. simplicidens
The European white elm Ulmus laevis var. simplicidens exists at the National Botanic Garden of Latvia in Salaspils; it was obtained from St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1964.

Description
The tree was described by Egbert Wolf in 1924.[1] The varietal epithet simplicidens translates as 'simple teeth'.[2]

gollark: I probably wouldn't mind a lower-powered smartwatch with a few weeks of charge. They all seem to have overengineered application processors, fancy displays and tons of RAM, which seems unhelpful for watch uses.

gollark: I see. I don't think I am ever in situations where I could have a smartwatch but not a phone.
gollark: It doesn't take very long to retrieve a phone from a pocket. You could even bind different types of message to different sounds or vibration patterns on it if it mattered much.
gollark: Plus biometrics, but those don't seem useful either.
