The United Kingdom and The Commonwealth of Australia started negotiations for a free trade deal on the 17 June 2020, and are currently on the first round of negotiations. [2]

On the 17 June 2020 the United Kingdom Government released it's negotiation objective outlining what it would like to achieve in a United Kingdom - Australia free trade agreement. [3]
