Tuscany lion
The Tuscany lion (Panthera toscana), or Tuscany jaguar, was a prehistoric large feline of the Villafranchian of Italy. It was initially proposed as a distinct species Panthera toscana, but is now often recognized as an early form of Panthera gombaszoegensis.[1]
