Tobias Jelinek
Tobias Jelinek (born c. 1976/1977) is an American actor who got his start in the Walt Disney Pictures film Hocus Pocus, but has since made numerous appearances in film and television.

Biography
Tobias Jelinek started acting in theater when he was a teenager. At 15 or 16, he was discovered by a Disney scout and asked to audition for the film Hocus Pocus. He won the role of bully Jay where he met Larry Bagby, who portrays his partner-in-crime Ernie "Ice". Since the making of the film, the two have remained close friends. Jelinek continued his education in Santa Barbara, California before returning to acting full time. He has continued to appear in television shows such as Stranger Things and American Woman and has made appearances in movies such as Fire City: End Of Days.[1][2] He joined the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as recurring villain Luke in the final season.[3]
