Career
At the 2011 World Championships, Manker, Julia Richter, Stephanie Schiller and Britta Oppelt won the gold medal in the women's quadruple sculls.[1] The previous year, the German quartet of Manker, Oppelt, Richter and Carina Bär won bronze in the same event.[2] In 2010 that four also won silver at the European Championships.[3]
She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the women's double sculls with Stephanie Schiller.[4]
She currently teaches English at Onslow College, where she is in charge of the school's rowing club.[5]
