"Things Aren't Funny Anymore" is a song written and recorded by American country music artist Merle Haggard and The Strangers. It was released in February 1974 as the first single from the album Merle Haggard Presents His 30th Album. The song was Merle Haggard and The Strangers seventeenth number one on the country charts. The single stayed at number one for a single week and spent ten weeks on the country chart.[1]

gollark: Basically, it works out path mappings using some ugly string manipulation which *mostly* works, and the virtual files component is hacked on to a few functions.
gollark: It's NOT very elegant, although I do have some neat stuff going on.
gollark: The whole thing *is* impressively small, but it's just bees.
gollark: And there are some longstanding minor but annoying issues.
gollark: I ran into some issues with the EXTREMELY limited VFS layer working on some features elsewhere.
