Sylczno ([ˈsɨlt͡ʂnɔ]) (Kashubian: Sélczno) is a village in Gmina Parchowo, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.

It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Bytów and 62 km (39 mi) south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).
From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.
It has a population of 209.
