Subdivisions of São Paulo (state)

The state of São Paulo, Brazil, is administratively divided into 15 mesoregions which are further divided into 64 microregions.[1] They are further divided into 645 municipalities.

gollark: I think the best approach would be to use the URL as a random seed, and to generate either letter sequences or words, but also random links.
