Stephen Eaton (priest)

Stephen Eaton (1737 - 1806),[1] FRS[2] was Archdeacon of Middlesex[3] from 1781[4] until his death.[5]

Eaton was born in Deene;[6] educated at Eton[7] and Merton College, Oxford;[8] and ordained deacon in 1761, and priest in 1763.[9] After a curacy in Holborn[10] he served incumbencies in Thorley,[11] Northolt[12] and Soho.[13]

He died on 14 February 1806.[14]
