Starokulevo (Russian: Старокулево) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Staroisayevsky Selsoviet, Nurimanovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 721 as of 2010.[2] There are 8 streets.

It is located 10 km from Krasnaya Gorka.
