Nikolskoye (Russian: Никольское) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Nikolsky Selsoviet, Nurimanovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 627 as of 2010.[2] There are 4 streets.

It is located on the Saldybash River, 7.5 km from Krasnaya Gorka.
