Shivanat Rural District
Shivanat Rural District (Persian: دهستان شيوانات) is a rural district (dehestan) in Afshar District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,963, in 1,919 families.[1] The rural district has 29 villages.
