Howmeh Rural District (Khodabandeh County)
Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 19,186, in 4,073 families.[1] The rural district has 21 villages.
