Sha County

Sha County (simplified Chinese: 沙县; traditional Chinese: 沙縣; pinyin: Shā Xiàn), or Shaxian, is a county of west-central Fujian, People's Republic of China. It is under the administration of Sanming City. Sha County is the hometown of Sha County snacks, which are considered part of the food heritage of China.[1]
