The village is in between Tiruvallur and Arakkonam, and the neighbourhood is served by the Senji Panambakkam railway station of the Chennai Suburban Railway Network.

The major transportation of Senji is Railways. It is located in Chennai - Arakkonam suburban railway route[1]. It is very close to Chennai central almost 90 mins travel. This village is connected with Chennai Central, Chennai Beach, Velachery, Perambur, Avadi, Ambattur, Tiruvallur, Arakkonam, Thiruthani by suburban trains.

It is also connected to the city through MTC buses operated from Perambakkam, a town located south of Senji.

gollark: My *previous* phone became unusable due to not actually holding in μUSB cables, preventing me from charging it. Though I think that's partly because the port was mildly out of spec.
gollark: Also, my phone (~2 years old) has a USB-C port which cables randomly come loose from now.
gollark: I'd prefer the ability to swap out batteries over waterproofing.
gollark: I have a long wishlist for phones, but I think the most important thing is actual replaceable parts.
gollark: It's weird, because back in 2017 or so I think most phones, or at least a lot of them, had removable batteries. Now basically none do.
