RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars (season 4)
The fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was announced by VH1 on August 22, 2018.[1] Prior to the official announcement, RuPaul confirmed in an episode of his podcast What's the Tee?, that filming for the fourth season was underway.[2] Season 3 winner Trixie Mattel, with special guests Katya Zamolodchikova and Detox, hosted a special, Trixie's Playhouse, to announce the cast for the fourth season.[3][4] It was originally scheduled to air on November 8, 2018,[3] but was postponed to the following day due to the Thousand Oaks shooting.[4]

Eight formerly eliminated queens from past seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race enter the workroom to win a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame, and a cash prize of $100,000. Upon entering the room, RuPaul introduces team Latrila (Latrice Royale and Manila Luzon from All Stars 1) making them the first contestants to return after previously competing on an All Stars season.[12] For the mini-challenge, the queens are asked to roast each other in the show's Reading is Fundamental; Latrice wins the mini-challenge. For the maxi-challenge, the queens participate in an All Star Variety Show; Farrah Moan performs burlesque, Gia Gunn performs kabuki, Jasmine Masters does a stand-up comedy routine, Latrice does a colorguard performance, Manila does a live painting performance, whilst Monét X Change, Monique Heart, Naomi Smalls, Trinity The Tuck, and Valentina do a mixture of lip sync and singing performances.[12] On the main stage, Gia, Latrice, Manila, and Valentina are declared safe. Monique, Naomi, and Trinity receive positive critiques from the judges for their performances, with Monique and Trinity being selected as the top two All Stars of the week; Naomi is declared safe. Farrah, Jasmine, and Monét are criticized for their performances, with Farrah noticeably falling during her performance. Farrah and Jasmine are placed in the bottom two, and Monét is declared safe. Monique and Trinity lip sync against each other to Mariah Carey's "Emotions"; Trinity wins the lip sync and eliminates Jasmine.[12]

The queens audition for RuPaul's new supergroup, "Henny!" and must write lyrics and perform choreographed numbers, featuring Drag Race legend, Stacy Layne Matthews. Trinity the Tuck and Monique Heart as the previous challenge winners are declared as team leaders. Team Everybody Say Love consists of Monét X Change, Naomi Smalls, and Farrah Moan, captained by Monique. Team Don't Funk It Up consists of Valentina, Manila Luzon, Latrice Royale, and Gia Gunn, captained by Trinity. Gia, Latrice, and Trinity are declared safe. Naomi, Valentina, and Monét all receive positive critiques for their performances and runways. Manila, Farrah, and Monique all receive negative feedback on the performance, although Luzon and Moan receive high praise on their runways. The queens compete in Snatch Game, but with a romantic twist, they must impersonate celebrities to win the hearts of two bachelors. Playing for Gus Kenworthy's heart is Monét X Change as Whitney Houston, Naomi Smalls as Wendy Williams, Trinity the Tuck as Caitlyn Jenner, and Valentina as Eartha Kitt with Trinity being selected as the winner by Kenworthy. Playing for Keiynan Londsdale's heart is Monique Heart as Tiffany Haddish, Manila Luzon as Barbra Streisand, Gia Gunn as Jenny Bui, and Latrice Royale as Della Reese with Luzon being selected as the winner by Londsdale. Monét and Monique are declared safe. Naomi, Trinity, and Manila are declared the tops of the week, leaving Gia, Latrice, and Valentina as the bottoms. Naomi, Trinity, and Manila are highly praised for their performance in the Snatch Game of Love, with Trinity and Manila also being praised for their runway looks and Naomi receiving mixed reviews. In the bottom, Latrice is praised for her runway look with Gia and Valentina receiving mixed reviews. Gia is also criticised for distracting Latrice in the Snatch Game of Love. The queens are tasked to improvise as New Jersey litigants for a daytime courtroom reality show, with Michelle Visage as judge. The first team is Manila and Naomi in a dispute about a botched makeover. Second up is Latrice, Monét, and Monique in a dispute about an insulting cake. The last team is Trinity and Valentina in an identity dispute about Snooki. All of the queens receive positive feedback for their runway, except for Valentina. Monique and Manila received high praise for their challenge performances, with Naomi and Valentina receiving mixed reviews for not doing enough to stand out. Trinity receives positive reviews for her runway but negative reviews for her performance in the challenge. Monét and Latrice receive negative reviews for being overshadowed by Monique and are declared as the bottom two. Naomi, Trinity, and Valentina are declared safe with Monique and Manila as the tops of the week. After a special message from Sir Elton John, they lip sync to "The Bitch is Back" by Tina Turner; Monique wins and eliminates Latrice Royale.

The remaining queens take part in a comedy roast of Lady Bunny, RuPaul's twisted sister and drag legend. Monique chooses the order the queens perform as she won the lipsync the week previously. Monét X Change kicks off the roast followed by Trinity The Tuck, Monique Heart, Naomi Smalls, Valnetina, and Manila Luzon. On the main stage, Manila and Monét are highly praised for their performances and while Monique receives some praise she and the remaining four queens are placed in the bottom. Manila and Monet lipsync to "Jump to It" by Aretha Franklin, with both being declared winners. RuPaul announces that All Stars rules are 'temporarily suspended' and no one goes home. The queens then enter the workroom and see a message from RuPaul telling them to get ready to lipsync for their 'life, life, life, life'. Lady Bunny appears in the mirror telling them to turn around and they are then greeted by Latrice Royale, Gia Gunn, Farrah Moan, and Jasmine Masters in their funeral looks.

The queens take part in a lipsync tournament allowing the eliminated girls to gain re-entry into the competition. Monét and Manila are immune as they won the previous week and the bottom queens face off against the eliminated girls. The eliminated queens get to pick who they lipsync against starting with Latrice and going in reverse elimination order. Latrice selects Monique, Gia chooses Naomi, Farrah picks Valentina, and Jasmine is left with Trinity. Jasmine and Trinity lipsync to "Peanut Butter" with Trinity winning. Valentina wins against Farrah when they lipsync to "Kitty Girl", and Naomi defeats Gia when they perform to "Adrenaline". In the final lipsync Monique faces Latrice to "Sissy That Walk", they both win allowing Latrice to re-enter the competition.

The queens are tasked with coming up with ideas for night clubs, decorating the club space, and hosting a club night. Latrice chooses the teams and pairs Monét with Monique and Valentina with Naomi, leaving her with Trinity and Manila. Monét and Monique create a space themed club called "Black Hole", Valentina and Naomi's club is called "Club 96", and Trinity, Manila, and Latrice host a bee themed club called "The Hive". On the main stage, the category is Plastique Fantastique. Trinity, Latrice, and Manila receive high praise for "The Hive" and their runway looks. Monét and Monique also receive high praise for their space/alien themed club whilst Monet receives positive critiques for her runway, Monique is criticised for her look this week receiving negative reviews. Valentina and Naomi are negatively critiqued for their club night and their runway looks garner mixed feedback from the judges. Manila, Monét, and Monique are declared safe. Trinity and Latrice are declared the top two of the week and Valentina and Naomi are placed in the bottom. Latrice and Trinity lipsync to "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" by Dead or Alive. Latrice wins the lip sync and eliminates Valentina.

As an homage to Judy Garland, the queens are tasked with making over the most important men in their lives, dubbed "their best Judys", either their partners or their best friends, to perform a lipsync to a Garland-inspired song, and to create characters and costumes for them in the runway. Manila and Latrice receive negative critiques and are up for elimination. Monet, Trinity, Naomi and Monique receive positive critiques, with Trinity and Monique declared safe and Monet and Naomi named the winners. The pair lipsync to "Come Rain or Come Shine" by Judy Garland. Naomi is declared the winner and eliminates Manila.

At the start of the episode Ru reveals to the queens that the maxi challenge this week is to act in a parody of Sex and the City called Sex and the Kitty Girl 3. As Naomi won the previous week's lispync she gets to assign the roles, as it is the biggest role she takes SJP for herself (Sarah Jessica Parker who plays Carrie Bradshaw), Monique asks for KJo (Kristen Johnston who plays Lexi Featherston), Latrice is given Cynthia (Cynthia Nixon who plays Miranda Hobbes), both Trinity and Monét want to play Kim (Kim Cattrall who plays Samantha Jones) but Trinity beats Monét in rock, paper, scissors so the latter plays Kristin (Kristin Davis who plays Charlotte York Goldenblatt). On the main stage, Monique and Trinity are declared the winners with praise for both their outfits and their performances whilst the other three queens are put in the bottom three and go backstage to plead their case. Monique and Trinity lipsync to "When I Think of You" by Janet Jackson with Trinity winning and choosing to eliminate Latrice.

For the final maxi challenge, the queens have to write, record, and perform a verse to RuPaul's song "Super Queen". In addition, they also have to record a segment with Michelle and RuPaul for their podcast 'What's The Tee?' and choreograph the dance moves for the routine with Todrick Hall. The next day on the main stage the queens perform their verses of "Super Queen" with previous All Stars winners Chad Michaels, Alaska, and Trixie Mattel. The judges then deliberate and decide that Monét and Trinity should be the top two All Stars. The pair lipsync to "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera with both being declared winners for the first in the franchise's history, and winning $100,000 each.
