Roughley is a housing estate part of Sutton Coldfield, which is in Birmingham in the West Midlands. It is north of Sutton Coldfield Town Centre, close to Mere Green and Four Oaks.

The X5 bus route goes from Roughley-Birmingham-Roughley every 20 minutes Mon - Sat daytime and every 30 minutes Sunday daytime. [1] The 604 stops at Little Sutton Road, which is within walking distance of Roughley.
