Roger Kotila

Roger R. Kotila, Ph.D. is elected President of Democratic World Federalists in San Francisco and also among board of Directors.[1][2][3] He is Editor at Earth Federation News & Views San Francisco Bay Area. He is a retired psychologist and a full time peace activist.[4] He is a specialist in criminal behaviors, a Clinical Psychologist, and former Radio producer. He supports a democratic federal world union by means of the Earth Constitution designed to replace the obsolete UN Charter. In addition to being the President of (DWF) Democratic World Federalists- SF, and Vice President (WCPA) World Constitution & Parliament Association, he is on the Board of Directors of the Center for United Nations Constitutional Research. Special interest in antisocial personality disorder (sociopaths, psychopaths) including gang dynamics and addictions. Also diagnosis of major mental disorders such as Schizophrenia, etc. Established Best Practices Committee at CMF.
