Eugenia Almand
Eugenia Almand is executive director in Institute on World Problems in Radford University since March 2003.[1] She has written many books attracting global issues. She is Secretary at Provisional World Parliament, Atlanta. She is also Secretary General of World Constitution and Parliament Association since January 2012.[2][3]
