Rio (Money Heist)
Rio (Aníbal Cortés) is a fictional character in the Netflix series Money Heist, portrayed by Miguel Herrán[1]. In the TV show he is one of the main character and an expert hacker who participated in the Royal Mint of Spain heist.

The character
Rio has a lively, simple-minded and innocent character compared to his teammates. His youthfulness leads to a number of problems, which is why the Professor wants to remove him from the team, but Tokyo hinders all that . Throughout the TV series, Rio is considered the "weak side of the team" because of his character[2]. He was born in 1997. As a young boy, he often stayed locked in his room and begin programming at the age of six. He is the youngest in the team and incharge of the different hacking plans with the various alarms and electronic security systems. During the preparation of the team, he enters into a relationship with Tokyo, ignoring the fact that the Professor demanded that his teammates not fall in love with other members[3].
