Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole
The Communauté urbaine Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole is the communauté urbaine, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Perpignan. It is located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, in the Occitanie region, southern France. It was created in January 2016, replacing the previous communauté d'agglomération Perpignan Méditerranée. Its population was 268,517 in 2014, of which 122,414 in Perpignan proper.[1]

gollark: If it does actually display a warning outside of the video, I would wildly guess that it works by shipping some small part of actual malware which Defender detects inside the video, and then expecting it to scan things in the browser cache or something.
