Communauté urbaine Creusot Montceau

The Communauté urbaine Creusot Montceau is the communauté urbaine, an intercommunal structure, centred on the cities of Le Creusot and Montceau-les-Mines. It is located in the Saône-et-Loire department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, eastern France. It was created in 1970. Its population was 98,377 in 2014, of which 22,418 in Le Creusot and 19,412 in Montceau-les-Mines.[1]
