History
Designed in 1988, the EM10 was intended to function as a shunting locomotive and short distance passenger locomotive.
Introduction
Only four prototypes were built, and are operated by PKP. In 2004, they were modernised in ZNLE Gliwice. They are not currently, and are standing out of service in the Poznań Franowo depot.
