In 2018, Nurole won the Digital Startup of the Year Award at the Digital Entrepreneur Awards.[3] A year later, it placed 81st in the Financial Times' annual list of Europe's fastest-growing companies, and featured again in 2020.[4]
History
Nurole was founded in 2014[5] by Susie Cummings, a headhunter with over 30 years of experience who was frustrated by the inefficiency of the traditional executive search process.[6] Cummings, who is also the sibling of Charles Tyrwhitt founder Nicholas Wheeler, previously founded Blackwood Group, an executive search firm with a focus on financial services and private equity.[7]
