Novonikolayevka (Russian: Новониколаевка) is a rural locality (a village) in Nizhneulu-Yelginsky Selsoviet, Yermekeyevsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 74 as of 2010.[2] There are 2 streets.
