Nizhneulu-Yelga (Russian: Нижнеулу-Елга) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Nizhneulu-Yelginsky Selsoviet, Yermekeyevsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 335 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.
