Nivernais

Nivernais (/ˌnvərˈn/ NEE-vər-NAY,[1][2] French: [nivɛʁnɛ] (listen)) is a former province of France, around the city of Nevers, which forms the modern department of Nièvre. It roughly coincides with the former Duchy of Nevers.[3]
