- Nemateleotris exquisita J. E. Randall & Connell, 2013[2]
- Nemateleotris helfrichi J. E. Randall & G. R. Allen, 1973 (Helfrichs' dartfish)
- Nemateleotris magnifica Fowler, 1938 (Fire goby)
